This bowl was hand-turned from a beech log a storm took down on my land in Vermont. It was one of the first bowls I attempted to turn that would have bark inclusions and I had no idea how my bowl gouge was going handle the void. It’s a little guy that measures roughly 5-1/2″ in diameter and is 3″ high at its lowest point that is finished with multiple coats of wipe-on polyurethane. Sold.
